Stay At Carmel Cottages

Tucked away in a garden just one block from Carmel Beach, Carmel Cottage Inn offers a rare escape into Carmel's storied past. Our collection of five historic cottages—Sky Way, Moon Gate, Home Port, Tradewinds, and Log Haven—invites you to experience the authentic charm that has drawn visitors to this coastal village for generations.

Even though we also love our pets, Carmel Cottage Inn is not pet-friendly and we do not allow pets in the cottages.

Lovingly Restored Cottages

Each cottage has been lovingly restored and maintained with a gentle touch, honoring the request of our longtime guests to "please don't change them too much." While we've thoughtfully updated nearly everything behind the scenes, we've preserved the charm and intention that gives each vacation rental its character. The result feels less like renovation and more like a return to form, as if these cottages have always looked this way, waiting to welcome you.
